A team of Moldovia senior executives visited our institute to share knowledge and experience on tobacco at 16th December 2013.

Tobacco Control Economy Symposium was held at 15 and 6th April 2013 at the ownership of Ministery of Health, Ministry of Finance, Turkish Statistical Institute, Social Insurance Institution, World Health Organization and Hacettepe University Tobacco Contrl, Education and Taxation Research and Application Center, Hacettepe University Public Health Institute and Hacettepe University Pulmonary Medicine Department. Foreing presenter were WHO head economist Dr. Ayda Yürekli, International Tobacco Control Project Director Prof. Dr. Geoff Fong and Prof. Dr. Frank Chaloupka, head of the Chicago Illinois University Economy Department.
